Of the 69 applicants for citizenship, 63% are ethnic Russians, 9% Belarusians, 8% Poles, as well as Turkish, Armenian, Macedonian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Azerbaijani, German, English and other persons who chose not to state their ethnicity.
