The expert noted that constantly carrying a bag on one shoulder disrupts the body's balance, causing the muscles of the neck, back, and lower back to work under increased strain. This can lead to spinal curvature, as well as chronic neck and lower back pain, headaches, and dizziness due to impaired venous drainage and compression of blood vessels. The doctor emphasized that bags with narrow straps are particularly dangerous, as they can compress nerves and blood vessels, leading to numbness, tingling, and weakness in the arm. He also highlighted that poor posture negatively affects the functioning of internal organs, impairing breathing, limiting chest mobility, and causing digestive and circulatory problems. Additionally, Abakarov noted that health risks can arise from other everyday habits, such as carrying heavy backpacks, constantly wearing high heels and narrow shoes, and prolonged computer work without back support. He also reminded about tight belts or corsets that can restrict breathing and circulation. To prevent posture disorders and related issues, Abakarov recommended properly distributing the load, using comfortable accessories, and regularly engaging in physical exercises.
