### Ingredients: - Egg — 1 pc. - Salt — 1/4 tsp. - Sugar — 80 g - Sour cottage cheese — 250 g - Oil — 50 ml - Lemon zest — from 1 pc. - Lemon juice — from half a lemon - Apples — 1–2 pcs. - Flour — 250 g - Baking powder — 1 tbsp. ### Preparation: 1. In a bowl, beat the egg with salt and sugar until the crystals dissolve. Add oil and cottage cheese, and mix well. For a uniform consistency, the cottage cheese can be blended. 2. Remove the cores from the apples, cut them into small cubes or grate them on a coarse grater, and add to the cottage cheese mixture. Add lemon zest and juice, and gently mix. 3. Combine the flour with the baking powder, add to the cottage cheese base, and knead a soft, slightly sticky dough. Form small cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Optionally, sprinkle with sugar. 4. Bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes until lightly golden. Let the finished cookies cool slightly before serving.
