The fate of the unfinished multi-story building remained a topic of discussion for several years after the collapse of the Maxima supermarket in Rīga's Zolitūde district. The building changed owners, and there were proposals to demolish it, but that did not happen. Now the building has a new owner – it has been purchased by the company "PR20".
