Gashpuytis explained that a comparatively warm winter may mean lower final bills than a cold winter with lower tariffs. Therefore, the impact on household expenses will be determined not only by prices but also by how cold the winter months will be. The economist added that more expensive gas, under certain conditions, may also affect electricity prices.
