Interestingly, prices for new housing decreased by 2.1%, while used housing was 1.9% more expensive.
In the 1st quarter of 2026, compared to the 1st quarter of 2025, housing prices increased by 10.9%. For new housing, prices increased by 4.0%, while for used housing, the average price level increased by 12.2%.
