Американский ядерный бомбардировщик

As previously reported, the United States is considering the possibility of placing nuclear weapons in other NATO member countries in Europe, as noted by the Financial Times in early June. U.S. officials have allegedly expressed a willingness to expand deployment beyond the six countries where nuclear-capable bombers are already stationed, according to media reports citing three individuals who were reportedly aware of these discussions. Currently, such bombers are stationed in Belgium, Italy, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Turkey, and Germany. In this regard, the TV-3 program "900 Seconds" conducted a survey to gauge Latvians' attitudes toward the placement of nuclear weapons in our country. 25% of Latvians aged 18 to 65 expressed support for it. In contrast, a significant 61% of respondents opposed the placement. Meanwhile, 14% had no opinion on the matter.
