The most intense precipitation is expected in the western and central regions of the country. Residents of these areas should consider the possibility of short-term heavy rain, which may reduce visibility on the roads and complicate travel. On the seaside, the west and northwest winds will strengthen to 15–19 meters per second. In other areas, strong gusts are mainly possible during thunderstorms. Despite the rainy weather, temperatures will remain relatively comfortable. During the day, the air will warm up to +17...+22 degrees. Rain is also expected in Riga. In the afternoon, thunderstorms with heavy downpours are possible. The wind will be light or moderate from the west and northwest, and the air temperature will be +20...+21 degrees. According to meteorologists, unstable weather will persist in the coming days.
