As is known, on the last day of May, May 31, along with the approval of the government, a governmental declaration was adopted as required by law - that is, a list of priorities. And now an action plan has been prepared with specific measures and deadlines for implementing the governmental declaration. The main priority is "stabilization in the field of security and foreign policy." In this area, as many as 50 measures are planned. In particular, it is planned to improve the detection capabilities of the military and law enforcement agencies regarding unmanned aerial vehicles. Additionally, it is planned to enhance border security using modern technical means, as well as to allow conscripts to serve in the border troops. The experience of Ukraine in combating drones and in civil defense is expected to be adopted. The action plan also includes the preparation of hospitals and family doctors to provide assistance in emergency situations. Funds will also be allocated for the training of specialists in military medicine. The plan includes measures to strengthen migration control - particularly, citizens of third countries will be closely monitored in border areas and large cities. It is noteworthy that the main deadline for the implementation of the plan is set for October 1, 2026, which is understandable, as parliamentary elections are scheduled for October 3.
