According to the head of state, Ukraine is changing its political strategy. "We discussed the details with the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko. We determined that an update of the Cabinet of Ministers is necessary for changes," noted Volodymyr Zelensky. Changes in the Ukrainian government and alterations in the leadership of law enforcement agencies are expected. He thanked Svyrydenko for her clear, stable, and effective work as Prime Minister, for years of productive work in the team of Ukraine, and offered her to head "a new important direction in relations with a key partner." The president did not provide details. "I expect that together with the parliamentarians we will carry out the corresponding changes in the government of Ukraine. There will also be changes in the composition of the leaders of law enforcement agencies," he promised. ## ## Relations with the USA and Licenses for the Production of Patriot Missiles Speaking about the upcoming reshuffles, Zelensky noted that each priority area of foreign policy will be overseen by a specific person with significant experience, capable of implementing what we "agree on at the leaders' level and what the Ukrainian people expect." Among such areas, the most significant are: the United States and agreements on licenses for the production of missiles for the Patriot air defense system, as well as other bilateral cooperation in the field of security, "which should be reflected in the concrete achievements of our states and companies of Ukraine and America," explained the Ukrainian leader. ## ## "Anti-Ballistic Coalition" in Europe According to him, among other priorities is the European "anti-ballistic project," "which could become one of the largest steps towards strengthening Europe this decade," the clear advancement of Ukraine towards EU membership, and the deepening of economic, political, and cultural ties. ## ## Normalization of Relations with Poland and Hungary In addition, a separate area is interaction with neighboring countries of Ukraine, whose relations require a new foundation. This is especially true for Poland and Hungary, Zelensky pointed out. ## ## Cooperation with Middle Eastern Countries Another direction is the Middle East and the Persian Gulf region as one of the most promising global vectors of cooperation in security and economics, emphasized the head of the Ukrainian state. Among the remaining priorities are China and key international organizations that influence global decisions and can contribute more significantly to ending the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the president emphasized. ## ## Domestic Tasks According to Zelensky, the same applies to internal work, where new challenges and tasks arise. "All work in the frontline and border areas of Ukraine, which are subjected to Russian strikes daily, requires significant strengthening. I expect an increase in supplies of necessary weapons and drones of all types to our army," he wrote. An extremely important direction is preparation for winter, added Volodymyr Zelensky. The transformation of state companies, which significantly affects Ukraine's resilience, should be accelerated, he believes. Special attention is also required for agreements between Kyiv and partners in the field of recovery.
