Виктор Валайнис и Андрис Кулбергс (справа).

Apparently, after the Prime Minister's return from his trip to Paris, a serious conversation will take place between Andris Kulebergs and the leaders of the Union of Greens and Farmers. It is clear that the 'peaceful' life in the government has ended. The starting signal for the conflict was given by the head of the government himself, who questioned the feasibility of the plan to sell Tet and LMT to certain investors. Kulebergs even suggested that it might be a scam, thereby effectively striking at the reputation of the Minister of Economics, Viktor Valainis (Union of Greens and Farmers). The 'Green Farmers' did not remain in debt and immediately issued a counter-demarche, demanding explanations from the Prime Minister regarding the situation with airBaltic. It seems that what happened at the end of Silin's government is repeating itself, when the power partners were mired in mutual disputes and claims. As we know, that ended with the collapse of the government. This time, however, the politicians simply will not have time to sink the government boat - there are 2.5 months left until the elections. But it is clear that the 'Green Farmers' simply cannot afford to 'live quietly' - otherwise, they risk being left out of the next parliament.
