The Mere chain of stores opened five years ago in Latvia and occupied only a small market share. Most of the time, these stores offered low-priced goods and products. While initially a significant portion of the goods were of Russian origin, over time this changed and the stores offered products from both local manufacturers and goods from Ukraine and Lithuania.
