Commenting on Ukraine's attacks on facilities located in regions far from the border of Russia and the annexed Crimea, including those disrupting the energy systems on the peninsula, Zelensky emphasized that the expansion of Ukraine's military capabilities, allowing the use of long-range weapons, has enabled Kyiv to seize the initiative from Moscow.
