The event will gather tomato producers, breeders, amateur gardeners, artisans, gourmets, and families with children. At the fair, visitors will be able to purchase seeds, various tomato varieties, and products from local producers. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about different tomato varieties, buy seeds, and acquire products from Latvian farmers. Traditionally, the heaviest tomato of this year's harvest will be chosen. Additionally, as part of the gastronomic competition "Surprise Me!", participants will present their unusual tomato dishes to the jury and visitors. The event program includes an exhibition of paintings by Barbara Dauvārte and Gita Dickson, a concert by accordionist Inita Aboliņa, and a performance by Normunds Ketis, the soloist of the group "Lauku Muzikanti". For the youngest guests, the puppet theater "Ilze" from Limbaži will present a show. The Tomato Festival in Brenguļi has become a late summer tradition, bringing together producers, chefs, and lovers of local products.
