Attendees who bought tickets directly at the box office need to visit the box office with their unused tickets to process the refund. Those who have already contacted "Biļešu paradīze" regarding the refund do not need to reach out again. The organizers specifically ask not to send repeated inquiries if a response has not yet been received: this will only increase the overall processing time for requests.
