This concerns electric generators. A record spike in demand was recorded on Sunday, August 23, and Monday, August 24. Compared to typical August days, generator sales increased nearly 40 times. Currently, gasoline and inverter generators with a power output of 2000 to 3500 watts are the most popular. Their prices range from 120 to 1700 euros, and the average purchase amount reached approximately 350 euros. At the same time, residents have become much more active in purchasing other devices that allow them to avoid power outages. In recent days, the demand for portable external batteries — power banks — has tripled.
