The head of the Ministry of Defense of Latvia, Raivis Melņis, during his visit to Ukraine, did not limit himself to staying in Kyiv and went to the frontline city of Izium. Here is what Minister Melņis said in an interview with TV-3: "Russia is an aggressor, Russia does not want peace, Russia will take any opportunity, we must prepare, learn from Ukraine, help so that together we are strong, united, and can resist the aggressor."
