"Russia is the largest possessor of nuclear weapons. And from Russia's perspective, the use of such nuclear weapons cannot be excluded. Calculating the height, wind direction, in order to avoid the widespread distribution of radioactive dust, such use of nuclear weapons is not impossible," the expert believes. He urged to avoid underestimating the opponent. "This is very dangerous!" the expert is convinced.
