Twenty years ago, women's cosmetic care consisted of using just two creams: one for the face and one for the body. However, as is known, there are no limits to beauty. With the increasing demand for cosmetics, the supply also grew, and every year more products appeared on the market: serums, creams with multiple properties, scrubs, lotions, sprays, exfoliants, and much more. You probably know how to take care of your face, remembering to cleanse and moisturize the skin, apply sunscreen, and occasionally visit a cosmetologist. However, few remember that the décolletage area and bust require no less attention! Bust patches and masks can make the skin in this area firmer, smoother, and silkier. Manufacturers claim that such products can slow down the aging process and restore skin tone. But let's figure out if this is really the case. Doctor and dermatologist Neil Sadek from New York explains that exercise alone is not enough to maintain breast tone, as the female breast consists of glandular tissue and fat. However, masks and patches can come to the rescue. “Good care for the décolletage area can have an anti-aging effect. Pay attention to the composition of the mask: it should contain collagen, hyaluronic acid, and antioxidants,” recommends Neil Sadek. At the same time, the ingredients should not include phthalates and synthetic musks, which are often used in perfumery. Women who are breastfeeding can also use patches and masks, but they should avoid products with parabens, caffeine, bisphenol, alcohol, and strong fragrances. Masks alone are not enough to maintain the beauty and firmness of the breasts, so the doctor advises not to forget to use SPF cream and to avoid spraying perfume on the décolletage area, as this can lead to peeling and dryness of the skin.
