The free service will be provided to the first 500 registered individuals. Appointments can be made online by selecting a convenient date and time. After selecting the appropriate service, the consultation fee will automatically be indicated as zero. To make an appointment, you need to log in to the system. ### How to Book a Free Consultation? The number of spots is limited: a free 20-minute remote consultation with a doctor based on blood test results will be available to the first 500 registrants. You can book a consultation online by choosing a convenient date and time. Authorization will be required to make an appointment. Detailed information about the campaign and booking a free consultation is available [here](https://veseliba.lv/lv/patient/karte-veseliba/news/nacionala-profilakses-menesa-bezmaksas-aktivitates-30?utm_source=chatgpt.com). ### What to Prepare For the consultation, it is recommended to prepare the most recent blood test results — preferably taken no more than a month ago. You can consult a doctor with older results, but for a more accurate assessment of health indicators and to receive preventive recommendations, the organizers advise getting new tests done before the consultation. ### What the Doctor Will Discuss During the 20-minute remote consultation, the doctor will assess the presented laboratory test results, explain the most important indicators, and provide recommendations regarding further actions. If necessary, the doctor will recommend consulting relevant specialists for a more in-depth assessment of health status. At the same time, the organizers emphasize that the remote consultation is not an emergency medical service and does not replace an in-person visit if the patient requires an examination. Prescriptions will also not be issued, and referrals will not be provided during the consultation. ### Free Blood Pressure Measurement in Pharmacies In September, another preventive campaign is planned. Starting from September 9, participating pharmacies Mēness aptieka across Latvia will offer free blood pressure measurements. The addresses of pharmacies where this service is available and their working hours are published on the Mēness aptieka website. The campaigns are conducted as part of the prevention month with the participation of Veselības centru apvienība, Centrālā laboratorija, and Mēness aptieka.
