Director of the Center for Geopolitical Studies Maris Andžāns today called on Latvia to join France's nuclear umbrella program on the social network X. "Finland is already the tenth country to join. Estonia may be next. Neither Latvia's capabilities nor open roads and railways will help contain Russia," the expert believes.
