The AI Training Hub program, organized by the Riga TechGirls community, is designed for more than 1,000 participants from Latvia. Applications can be submitted by anyone interested in artificial intelligence, as well as employers who want to develop relevant skills among their employees. No prior knowledge of technology is required, making the training suitable for both beginners and those who already use AI in their work. According to Anna Andersone, the head of Riga TechGirls, new artificial intelligence tools appear almost every week, but the main question for most users is which of them actually help in everyday work. That is why the program is primarily focused on the practical application of technologies. Training will take place at a pace convenient for participants on the Coursera platform. The course is conducted in English, while participants will be able to receive support from Riga TechGirls in Latvian. The program covers solving real work tasks: searching and analyzing information, working with data, preparing texts and visual materials, developing ideas and plans, as well as automating routine processes. Additionally, participants will learn to create their own tools and applications based on artificial intelligence. During the training, services such as Gemini, NotebookLM, Gemini for Google Workspace, and Google AI Studio will be used. Participants will also receive a three-month subscription to Google AI Pro. The initiative is implemented with the support of the Google.org AI Opportunity Fund, coordinated by the Talents For Tech organization, and carried out by the Riga TechGirls community, which focuses on developing digital skills, mentorship programs, and a professional community in the field of information technology.
