In Latgale and Vidzeme, it will shift to an easterly direction, while on the Kurzeme coast, gusts of northern wind may still reach up to 15 meters per second. In Riga, the heaviest precipitation is forecasted for the morning hours. By evening, the rain will weaken, and cloud cover will begin to gradually decrease. In the capital, a gusty northern wind will still be present in the morning; however, by the second half of the day, a light breeze or nearly calm conditions are expected. The air temperature in Riga will not exceed +13...+14 degrees. According to meteorologists, atmospheric pressure will range from 1011 hPa in Latgale to 1019 hPa in Kurzeme.
