From a Soviet-era cultural centre to a new cultural venue – the Salaspils Concert Hall now stands in the centre of Salaspils on the site of the former ‘Enerģētiķis’ cultural centre. The project was funded entirely from local authority funds. The total cost was 18.5 million euros.
