In 2025, when compared with 2024, the number of transacted dwellings decreased in 3 out of the 18 EU countries for which data are available. The decreases were observed in Croatia (-4.1%), Bulgaria (-2.5%) and Poland (-1.1%), while the largest increases were recorded in Slovenia (+29.9%), Lithuania (+22.8%) and Austria (+22.3%).
