The starting price of the property is set at 129,600 euros. This is 32,400 euros, or 20%, less than at the previous auction. Another property offered by Latvijas pasts is located in Saldus on Kuldigas Street. The complex includes two buildings with a total area of 566.9 square meters, a share in a building with an area of 147.6 square meters, as well as a land plot of 5047 square meters. The starting price is set at 107,040 euros, which is 26,760 euros, or 20%, lower than the previous one. The cheapest property is located in Keipene. The property named Krustiņi, which includes shares in buildings and a land plot, is being auctioned with a starting price of 5600 euros. Compared to the previous auction, the price has been reduced by 1400 euros, or the same 20%. Those wishing to participate in the auction can submit applications until October 28, 2026.
