Survey suggests Latvians quite responsible with bills

The survey data show that 92 per cent of Latvian residents say they have no debts outside the credit sector, whilst 6 per cent admit to having such outstanding liabilities. A further 2 per cent of respondents were unwilling or unable to answer this question.
