Concert attendance noticeably down in Latvia

This year, the Copyright and Communication Consulting Agency / Latvian Authors Association (AKKA/LAA) recorded 999,638 attendances, compared with 1,307,004 during the same period in 2025.

The downward trend in attendance has been evident since April: every month through September, recorded visits were lower than in the corresponding month last year. In April, the decrease was 13.8 per cent; in May, 8.4 per cent; in June, 7.2 per cent; and in July, 6.1 per cent.
